Dr. Ieraci is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner through the AANP and ANCC in both family and adult gerontology acute care. In 2022, Dr. Ieraci graduated as part of the inaugural DNP/FNP class at 麻豆射区官方 University. Shortly thereafter, she began her journey as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care office. In 2023, she returned to the hospital, joining a cardiac surgery Advanced Practice Provider team in the ICU, where she currently works.
In 2024, she earned her post-graduate AGACNP certificate from Elms College. In the same year, Dr. Ieraci took on the role of AGACNP Track Coordinator and Adjunct Faculty for Elms College until May 2025. This experience provided Dr. Ieraci with valuable insights into the faculty and administrative aspects of education, all while ensuring the success of students in their programs through rigorous coursework and relevant clinical placements.
Doctoral Project: Implementation of a Nurse-Led Program for Inpatient First Responders to Improve Rescue Response.
Clinical interests: Cardiac surgery, cardiovascular care, shock, care transitions, race medicine, exertion heat stroke, and nursing education.
Volunteer Activities: Finish line medical volunteer for the Boston Marathon and the Beach to Beacon.
