You're accepted to start in September 2025! Follow these steps to join the Wildcat Family!

Attend Orientation - On Campus -Friday, July 25th, and Friday, August 8th. !
Orientation is mandatory for all new incoming Fall 2025 first-year and transfer students.
From your acceptance email, complete your “Intent to Enroll” form and through PayPal. (Please Note: Deposits from new, incoming students who choose not to attend the University are fully refundable prior to May 1 (for fall entrants) and November 1 (for spring entrants) of the upcoming academic year by submitting a written request to Student Financial Services.)
Financial Aid:
A. Create your FSA ID account for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (). Please note, a separate FSA ID is required for both student and parent.
B. If transferring, add 麻豆射区官方 to your existing FAFSA documents.
C. as soon as possible using 麻豆射区官方 University’s school code, #002122.
D. Receive financial aid from our Student Financial Services department.
E. Review your financial aid award letter and schedule a meeting with your identified SFS counselor to discuss your aid package and payment options.

Financial Aid

Accept your financial aid award Contact Student Financial Services with any questions.
Tuition bills will be created early to mid June. Please refer to Student Financial Services on the BPU Community portal to access your bill.
All students will be charged for state required medical insurance. You can accept/ decline (waive) health insurance through 麻豆射区官方 University. You can access the waiver option through the SFS option on the portal after tuition bills have been created

Set up your BPU email and download the BPU Community App

Receive your 麻豆射区官方 email account information, and activate your log in on the ! Be sure to download the BPU Community App.

Download the app on your phone or other devices.
Bookmark on your laptop to have easy access.

Parking RegistrationStudent ID and Vehicle Registration

Go to Public Safety on the . Please follow the instructions for your student ID photo and also how to register your vehicle. Student ID is required for access into any building on campus! You will need your ID on the first day of classes!!

Complete the online application to register your vehicle with campus public safety.The registration form for vehicles is generally not open until August 1st.

Residential students: Submit $300 fee.
Commuter students: No fee required.

Complete Advising Questionnaire and Schedule Advising Appointment

Prior to your virtual advising consultation with your Academic Advisor, please complete our Advising Questionnaire (Please Note: The Questionnaire is being updated and will be available soon.) This questionnaire is one of the first tools your advisor uses to get to know you and understand your individual needs, interests, and goals.

Your assigned academic advisor will contact you to schedule your virtual, one-on-one advising consultation appointments with you where you will learn about the advising tools and resources at 麻豆射区官方. They will assist you in reviewing your major and core curriculum requirements, and registering for classes.

If you are a transfer student, they will help determine which credits have transferred over from previous colleges you attended.

A career coach from SCLP will contact you before classes begin to schedule your coaching session! This is not your advising / class registration appointment!

Health Forms

Please note a physical exam is required within the last year. Do not delay in contacting your health care provider to schedule your physical exam with them. It can be a 2-3 month wait to see your provider. An alternative would be to have the physical exam done through another provider, like CVS Health Hub.
Submit the required forms (More information about what forms are required are on the Medicat Welcome page).
Student Athletes have received separate notification of forms that they must submit.

Submit your Official Transcripts

Please send all official transcripts to admiss@baypath.edu
First Year Students: We need your final official high school transcript and college transcripts from any college credit you earned while in high school. We will also need score reports from the following: Advancement, Dual Enrollment, CLEP, International Accelerate (if they apply to you).
Transfer Students: We need official college transcripts from ALL colleges you have attended.

Complete BPU099 - Mandatory Online Intro Course

Soon after you deposit with us, you will be registered and invited to our New Student Orientation course called BPU099 via 麻豆射区官方’s learning management system called Canvas.
To navigate here, please log into your
On your Dashboard, select the “Learning” tab.
Select Canvas. Once on Canvas, you will be asked to accept your first-course invitation at 麻豆射区官方; BPU099- New Student Orientation.
This non graded course must be completed by the 1st day of classes.

Complete your Roommate Survey (If Applicable)

Once you deposit, you can complete . You will also receive a lease agreement to complete and return.

Spring Entry: Expect to receive housing assignments (dorm and roommate information) in January.
Fall Entry: Expect to receive housing assignments (dorm and roommate information) in August.

Roommate Requests: If you and another incoming student would like to be roommates please email residencelife@baypath.edu (both parties need to send an email stating they are in agreement to live with one another).

Spring Entry: Roommate request deadline is December 31.
Fall Entry: Roommate request deadline is July 31.
