This comprehensive licensure pathway includes specialized education courses that provide the knowledge, skills, and real-world preparation required for teaching students with severe special needs. Students complete the 麻豆射区官方 University Core Curriculum, a Liberal Studies Core, and an Education Core, all of which are aligned to meet the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) standards

Upon completion, graduates earn an Initial Teaching License in Severe Disabilities (PreK–12), issued by the Massachusetts DESE.
